Fascial Balancing

Fascial Balancing removes the “issues from your tissues” to help the body function better.

  • How long ago have you had an injury?
  • How about a surgery? Has your scar healed?
  • Have you been involved in a car accident?
  • Is your knee still bothering you?
  • Are you experiencing emotional distress?

These are just a few questions to start with… some of which you may relate to. Perhaps you have tried several therapies without any change in your condition. Would you like to try something different? BodyTalk Fascial Balancing might be the solution that you are looking for to regain a healthy and balanced body.

Fascia is a structure of connective tissues that surrounds muscles, groups of muscles, blood vessels, and nerves, binding some structures together, while permitting others to slide smoothly over each other. This tough connective tissue spreads throughout the body in a three-dimensional web from head to foot functioning without interruption. Fascia gives the body form.

The fascial imbalance causes physical traumas (i.e. sports injuries), organs dysfunctions, bones restrictions, poor posture, surgery (i.e. scar tissue), mental stress (i.e. relationships, family, work, etc.), emotional disorders, and etc. that could result in tightness in the body system. When there is fascial imbalance in the body, it results in poor posture, restricted range of motion, abnormal body tension, and pain.

The BodyTalk Fascial Balancing is a process that will help normalize all of the above mentioned imbalances, and therefore, improve blood, nerve and energy flow to, from, and within all of the structures of the body.

  • Relaxes muscle tightness
  • Decreases pain and joint stiffness
  • Improves function, circulation, neural and energy flow
  • Releases local edema
  • Releases stored emotions, beliefs and consciousness
  • Improves range of motion, and many more.

This amazing therapy is gentle, and can be done on or off the body, without any manipulation whatsoever. You may experience immediate improvements on your first session; however, it may require additional sessions to achieve optimum results because of the numerous layers of dysfunctions that can accumulate over a lifetime.
